Why
The best cocktails are the best balanced.
We’ve spent the past two decades at the sharp end of global cocktail culture, working with some of the best bars and bartenders in the world. Along the way we’ve had our fair share of extraordinary drinks, and some truly terrible ones.
What we’ve learned is this: the best cocktails aren’t the most expensive, or served in the fanciest glass, or buried under elaborate garnishes. They’re the best balanced. When the balance is right, the flavour does the talking.

We came up through cocktail bars, then the brand side, then back behind the bar. Along the way we wrote the training that other bartenders learn from, and ran drinks operations that pour a million cocktails a year.
Coda is what that taught us, in a bottle. Made in Scotland.
Why Coda
Most cocktails fail at structure, not at flavour.
Twenty years of training other bartenders surfaced a pattern. The drinks that come apart aren’t the ones with the wrong flavour — they’re the ones with the wrong balance. Too sweet, not enough acid, no salt to lift the aromatics, no body to carry the spirit.
Coda is the answer. A pre-composed cordial that gives any drink the structural backbone of a stirred-down classic, with no shaker, no citrus run, no sugar prep. Add it to a spirit, lengthen it, and the drink is finished.
